Definitions:
Where “SHARM CIRCUS SPORT CLUB” is mentioned, this covers Sharm Circus Sport Club LLC. and all umbrella operating names, This also covers any employees who operate for Sharm Circus Sport Club LLC. and partner operating names.
“The Company” refers to “Sharm Circus Sport Club LLC.” and extended definition from definition no.1.
Where “customer” mentioned, this refers to any students using our services/attending our “Clubs” referee to any facility where Sharm Circus Sport Club LLC. are running their products.

Term/Class enrollment:

Students must bulk enroll for their chosen class (es) by paying the fees in advance (term, monthly subscription, single class and Trial class). Where the payment includes a deposit/reservation fees (not refundable in case of cancellation), the outstanding balance must be paid in full before begins for enrollment to be confirmed.
We communicate thought our WhatsApp group chat, the names of the kids that will attend to each class. If your child is not on the list, it means that  membership is not active and will be not admitted to the class.

Please don't forget to ask for your receipt!
Without the receipt you do not have proof of your payment and without payment in advanced your child will not be admitted to the classes.
It is your right and your duty to ask for the payment receipt.
Students are expected to attend all their scheduled classes to receive the full benefit of the curriculum and missed sessions will not be carried over to a future term. Extensions will be granted in the case of injury only where a medical note is provided. Make up will be possible during the same Term for Illness, bye presenting a medical test, in this case class will not be charged.

Pupils are required to attend lessons according to the timetable provided. Please note that schedules are subject to change each term based on demand. Coaches may rotate depending on availability, we will offer you the chance to do a make up class during the same Term incase of illness of the Coach. Course fees cover the program as a whole, not a specific coach. If you would like to work with a particular coach, you may book a private class directly with them.

Our classes are divided by skills and not by group age, in our school the children move to the next level  by skills, not by age.

Your child's level is judged through an assessment taken during the trail class and during the full school year.

Kindly avoid asking to place your child alongside students of a higher level just because they are the same age. It is clear that these children started with us at an early age (we accept children from 3 years old). Having a child who participates at a higher level than her/him, she/he will not have the opportunity to learn and will feel frustrated when her/his classmates know how to do all the required exercises.

You can possibly evaluate the "recreational" option or the "Teenagers" classes, both are not divided by skills, but, divided by age groups,

recreational courses do not  participate in the end-of-course show and not  achieve the Professional Diploma issued at level 7.

-Once you have chosen your child’s lesson day and time, it cannot be changed at will. Consistency helps children build friendships within their class group, which encourages motivation and regular attendance. Frequent changes may disrupt these bonds and reduce their enthusiasm for participating.

Makeups are allowed in case of injury or illness, by presenting a medical report.

For any other reason (attending a Birthday Party or family meeting, travel, ect.ect.) we do not offer the possibility of doing makeup classes.

Make up classes can be done only during the same month for monthly subscriptions, or during the same Term for Term payments,

-Children should always attend to their class with their class mates to feel safe and continue with the learning process of the same group class.

Cancellations:

If your child cannot attend the class, please notify in advanced minimum 6 hours by sending a message to Reception WhatsApp in order to us to  free the slot..

 In case or injury/ illness with Doctor’s note, please inform us at lest 24hours before the start of the class and we will offer a make-up session subject to availability.

We are unable to arrange make-up session if you  don't inform us without the required noticed period or after the session has taken place.
Children who shop up to the class and last minute decided to not attend, class will be charged.

Refund & Payment Policy

Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another child for the following reasons:

1) Once a customer completes payment, a spot in the class or camp is immediately reserved for their child. This reservation prevents us from offering that spot to another student.

If the Term or Camp has already started, the reserved spot cannot be resold, which results in:

• Financial loss for the school, and

• A reduction in class quality due to a smaller number of pupils.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once the Term or Camp has begun.

Exception – Limited Refund Window

A refund request may be considered only if submitted at least 7 days (168hours) before:

• The first class of the Term, or

• The first day of a Kids Camp

Requests made after this deadline will not be approved.

2) Medical Exception

An extension (not a refund) may be granted only in the case of injury, and only with a valid medical report. Decisions will be based solely on the medical documentation provided.

3) Coach Assignment

Please note that coaches rotate, and your child may not have the same coach every class or every Term.
Refunds will not be issued based on coach preference. We kindly ask families to be respectful toward our coaching staff, as all coaches are qualified professionals.

4) Uniforms, hair and personal hygiene                   Policy Uniforms are mandatory for all students.

Acknowledgement of Policy

Our refund policy is clearly stated at the time of registration by reading and signing our Waiver form.
We kindly ask families not to leave negative public reviews based on refund requests that fall outside this policy.

By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.

Code of conduct:

At SCS we aim to help students become conscientious learners who are considerate of each others and of the informant they are training in. We take zero tolerance approach to bullying.
Children behavior:

In the case of repeated incidents of students disregarding instructions, or where violence or bullying is involved, the student will be given a formal warning. This is a chance for the student and their parents/guardians to work with the coach to find a solution. If three warning are issued, SCS reserves the right to dismiss the student from the classes/course/term without refund.
Parents behavior:
- If any parents disagree with anything related to the lessons, or would like to talk to the Coach, kindly write a WhatsApp message to ask for a suitable meeting where expose their issues and concernes,  avoid absolutely to want to discuss with the coach during the lesson, this is a lack of education and respect for other students who have paid to attend classes and need their coach to instruct them and are not wasting time talking about an assumption that is obviously currently not remedied.
Parents should not enter the classroom between one lesson change and another asking the coach for information or advice regarding their child. Please send a message on WhatsApp or call if necessary to fix an appointment, out of classes timing.
-Parents are not allowed to step in during the class for any reason! 
- Parents can not leave their kids unattended at any time!
Leave your child out in front of the classroom, before or after the class, is not permitted and anything will happens it will be parents responsibility.

Coaches are instructors and  only teach to students that are registered to the classes, Coaches are not responsible for kids that are not admitted to the class and left outside of the studio or kids that parents do not show up on pick time.
-Parents must be present on time outside of the school for for pick their kids at the end of the class, or kids will be left at the cafeteria unattended waiting for their parents.
- Kindly avoid asking for discounts or walking around on payments or asking for extensions of monthly subscriptions duration because your child missed classes.
We do not discuss our prices and policies.
- Once your child has signed up for classes, we add you to our WhatsApp group where we send notifications. Please do not leave the WhatsApp group, if you do not receive a notification because you have left the group, we will not be responsible for your disavowal and you will not be refunded in case you will raise a complaint because you dismiss some information.
Latecomers:

Students arriving late for their class, will only be admitted at the discretion of the coach. Latecomers, who are not admitted by the coach will be considered the same as a no show up/ absence and will not be eligible for a make-up session.
Uniforms: Our uniforms are mandatory.
We provide it, and  must be purchased from "Sharm Circus Sport Club".

The uniforms are used to protect children's skin from burners caused by the rubbing of the apparatus on the body of your Child leaving some marks.

Children who show up without their uniform will receive a warning, at the third warning will not be admitted to the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up session.

Those parents do not agree to buy the uniform, or make them wear, their kids will not be accepted to our circus school for safety reason, parents will not be refunded for their child missed classes or the for the full Term in case they decided to cancel for this topic.

The colors of the uniforms change according to the level of the course the child is attending.

It is not possible to choose the color of the uniform, but will have to adapt to the color of the child level.

Children must come to class with hair tied up, for safety reasons. Loose hair goes on the eyes of the child and prevents him/her from seeing and understand what is doing with the risk of falling and getting hurt, in the same way the loose hair can be pulled or beaten by themselves during the acrobatics exercises on the ground.

Children who show up with hair down will receive a warning, at the third warning will not be admitted to the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up session and parents will be not refunded!
Kindly avoid asking not to make your child wear the uniform with unheard of excuses.
We do not make exceptions on this subject, if you do not agree, you can enroll your child in our  "recreational course" that not require the uniform, but parents will be responsible for th echoes to not make wear uniform or what kids are wearing.
Spectators: 

Parents/guardians/others spectators will not be permitted to enter the studio while a class is in progress.  

A coach may invite some parent on her/his discretion  to watch part of the class or the full class, without any distraction or interference with the child. Otherwise, will be asked to leave.

kids need to interact alone with their classmates aim to have personal growth.

please respect the right of all students to enjoy the full duration of their class without parents/guardians/others distracting the kids.

In case this will happens, after the second warning to the parents/guardians/others, coach will ask to the child in question to leave the class, without make-up or refund.

Photography/filming:

Photography/filming is not permitted to parents/guardians/others during the classes.
As per our waiver form, we take photos and videos for use on our public channels such website and socials medias platforms and in our facilities. By allowing your child dependent to join a class you acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken which may be used for promotional purpose. Please write down in the waiver form if you aren not agree and you do not consent to your child being photographed and filmed.
Other:

Please note that coaching changes may occur due to illness, injury or others circumstances. Where possible, parents will be notified of this ahead of time via WhatsApp message.
Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to stout methods and procedures so that the customer can understand their rights, and; Sharm Circus Sport Club can operate with clear rules and guidelines.
