I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions with SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS:

  1. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in aerial arts, gymnastics, flexibility, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all such risks associated with these activities.

  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, I agree that SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, training sessions, or use of facilities, except where such injury or damage results from proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  3. Third-Party Facilities
    I agree to hold SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS harmless from any claims arising from activities conducted at external venues or partner facilities, including but not limited to JUST PLAY facilities.

  4. Medical Fitness Declaration
    I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I declare that I have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in aerial or gymnastics activities.

  5. Release of Claims
    I hereby release and discharge SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS, its instructors and staff from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, illness, or accident (including death), occurring during participation in activities, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

  6. Refund & Payment Policy
    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    Extensions may be granted only in the event of injury or illness, subject to submission of a valid medical report issued by a licensed medical authority in the UAE.

  7. Class Packages Validity
    Packages of 4 or 8 classes are valid for 30 days from the date of the first attended class.

  8. Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Evening classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance

    • Morning classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance

    Failure to cancel within the required time, or non-attendance after confirming via WhatsApp, will result in the class being deducted from the package or charged as a single class.

  9. Photography & Videography Consent
    I consent to photographs and/or videos being taken during classes and used for SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

    ☐ I do NOT consent to photography and videography.

  10. Validity of Agreement
    This waiver and agreement shall remain valid for all future visits and participation with SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS, unless revoked in writing.

  11. I have read and fully understood this document and Term & Conditions written in the board outside the school and on the web-site, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.​

I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, and legal representatives, hereby agree as follows:

1.   I acknowledge that participation in activities at **SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS** involves physical activity, gymnastics, aerial, and circus skills, which carry inherent risks of injury, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2.   I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless **SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS**, its directors, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from my child’s participation in any activity, whether occurring inside the studio, on-site, or at external facilities such as **JUST PLAY**.

3.   I certify that my child is physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities and that no medical professional has advised against participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the academy of any health conditions, allergies, or restrictions.

4. I agree to supervise my child and ensure that they are not left unattended at any time, either inside or outside the classroom. I acknowledge that late pick-up fees will apply: **50 AED for every 30 minutes** beyond the scheduled pick-up time.

5. **Coach Assignment and Schedule:** I understand and acknowledge that coaches may rotate based on their 

      availability and scheduling requirements. It is not guaranteed that my child will have the same coach for each class, and changing the day of class to request a specific coach is not permitted.

6. **Term Duration:** I understand that all terms are **3 months long**, and all classes must be completed during the current term. Once the term has ended, **no classes or make-up sessions will be allowed**.

7.   I acknowledge that all payments are **non-refundable and non-transferable**. Extensions for missed classes due to injury or illness may be granted only upon submission of an official medical report from a licensed hospital, and only if full payment has been received in advance, and I read the Term & Conditions.

8.   I understand and agree that **uniforms are mandatory** and must be worn according to the child’s course level. Children must have hair tied up for safety reasons. Failure to comply may result in warnings; after the third warning, the child will not be allowed to participate in the class, and no make-up session will be provided.

9.   I understand that **parents, guardians, and spectators are not permitted** in the classroom during sessions.

10. I consent to photographs and videos of my child being taken for use on **SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS** social media and promotional materials. ☐ I do **NOT** consent to this.

11. This consent, waiver, and indemnity form is valid for all future participation in **SHARM CIRCUS SPORT & EVENTS** activities, sessions, and events, unless revoked in writing.
